1. Do you buy papers? I have papers to sell, are you buying?
In a word -- No. At the moment we are not looking to attain any more term papers.2. I did not receive the membership Welcome email! What's the deal?
Please be sure to check the SPAM filter in your email account. The membership Welcome email from us will have the subject of 'WrittenTermPapers.com Membership Information' (without the quotes).3. I reset my password but I never received the new password in my email!
Same as #2 above, please be sure to check the SPAM filter in your email account. The 'new password email' from us will have the subject of 'WrittenTermPapers.com - Your new password' (without the quotes).4. How can I change my password to something else?
For security reasons we do not allow members to choose their own passwords. If you wish you can reset your password via the "forgotten password" feature to a new randomly generated password.5. I don't have a credit card, can I pay by money order, check, or cash?
Unfortunately we do not accept money orders, checks, or cash. You can only pay via a credit card or Paypal -- If you have a checking account you can sign up with paypal.com and then by paying via paypal attain membership.6. What's your refund policy?
Since access to all the term papers is granted immediately after purchase we have no way of stopping customers from signing up, downloading all of the papers and canceling right away. Therefore we have a srict no-return policy. All sales are final.7. What's your phone number? Can I call you for more details?
